BuzzFoto generally always puts a “and it’s NOT….” person that is very closely related to who it actually is. It’s usually either a co-star, person who is in the same crowd, has worked together, does the same thing, etc…
For example, some of their solved items have been “not Tom and Kate” and it’s actually Brad and Angie, “not Vanessa Hudgens” and it’s Vanessa Minnillo, “not LC” and it’s Heidi Montag, “not Lilo” and it’s Hayden and Milo.
That, and the fact they used the word “chaste” makes me think it’s Chace Crawford. He’s been caught kissing girls, but that’s it. Both teen heart throbs, looked kinda similar, star in teen hit movies/shows
